Work with the COO to evaluate operational processes using data and performance modeling. Develop business cases for operational changes and quantify impacts on efficiency, cost, capacity, and revenue. Collaborate with Finance to link operational data to forecasting, capacity planning, and revenue analysis. Translate operational issues into structured problems, create analytic frameworks, and provide databased recommendations. Conduct rootcause analyses and implement datadriven solutions. Partner with data, product, and engineering teams to ensure data quality, accurate metric definitions, and reliable reporting systems. Establish processes for reporting and analytics. Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or the foreign equivalent, in finance, economics, or related field. Experience Requirements: 5 years of experience in finance, strategy consulting, or a related role. 5 years of experience in quantitative and financial analysis, forecasting, and US GAAP principles 3 years of experience with the following (which may have been gained concurrently): Salesforce Rippling Cube Sage Intacct Tableau Employee Benefits We’re an innovative, high-growth company with an exciting future ahead. From there, the process varies by role but typically includes a skills or experience-based assessment, such as a coding interview, portfolio review, or deeper discussion of your relevant experience.
