- Perform independent review and challenge of outsourcing and third-party arrangements, including materiality assessments, risk assessments, exit plans and regulatory submissions.
- Assess compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, and Group standards.
- Support regulatory submissions and notifications, including engagement with regulators when required.
- Support reporting for governance committees and senior management.
- Monitor the Bank’s outsourcing and third-party risk profile, including concentration risk, emerging risks, and regulatory developments.
- Maintain oversight of outsourcing and third-party risk registers, metrics, KRIs, and management information.
- Provide advice and guidance to business and support functions on outsourcing and third-party risk requirements.
- Liaise with stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Procurement, Information Security, Data Privacy, Operational Risk, Internal Audit, and business units.
- Support the continuous enhancement of the Outsourcing and Third-Party Risk Management Framework, policies, standards, and procedures.
