Entire Process Revamp & Ups/Downstream Synergy Lead and continuously improve operational processes across planning, production, logistics, enabling strong cross-business collaboration and execution excellence. Translate the integrated business plan into a feasible, executable supply plan and align cross-functional workflows end to end. Proactively identify and eliminate bottlenecks and supply risks, driving cross-functional problem-solving and risk-mitigation plans. Value Chain Integration & Supply Capability Improvement Design and enforce an integrated management mechanism between Oversea & China vendors to align supply capabilities with global business needs. Deep-dive into Tier-1 and Tier-2 supplier collaboration to continuously optimize production processes to enhance supply efficiency and reduce operational costs. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to design value-co-creation mechanisms, improving planning processes & tools to raise overall supply chain efficiency.
The minimum request : Bachelor Degree or above in manufacturing, operations, supply chain. Relevant experience demand: Minimum 8 years of supply planning experience, know well contract manufacturing model. 8 years of experience on ERP system application. Preferably in cosmetics, FMCG industry company. Relevant knowledge demand: Fluent English read and written skill . Good capability of business insights. Logical thinking , excellent analytical and negotiation skills . Good communication and problem solving skills. Excellent synergy and Strong teamwork Good LEAN manufacturing knowledge. Be able to work under pressure.
