What will you be doing?   Own product positioning and messaging for the Japan market — translating Glance's commerce proposition into clear, locally resonant narratives for consumers and partners Lead go-to-market for new features, surfaces, and launches, coordinating across product, growth, partnerships, and PR Build partner-facing and sales-enablement materials (decks, one-pagers, case studies) that help close and grow commercial relationships Use market, competitor, and user insight to sharpen positioning and inform the product roadmap Partner with the growth team to make sure messaging carries through acquisition, onboarding, and lifecycle touchpoints Key Requirements:   Around 4–7 years in product marketing, GTM, or a related marketing role  A track record of building positioning and messaging and leading product or feature launches Strong storytelling and content skills, with the ability to turn complex products into clear value propositions Comfortable working with data and market insight to guide decisions Business-level Japanese and English  Preferred Requirements: Experience marketing a commerce, e-commerce, or transaction-driven product Background in mobile, advertising, or platform businesses, ideally at high-growth scale Experience building partner- or B2B-facing enablement materials alongside consumer messaging Why Glance AI Ownership.
