VRSR is responsible for the delivery and reform of services to victims of crime and the administration of redress schemes.What you will doAs Manager, Redress Operations Support, you will lead services for people using redress schemes.You will guide a diverse team and help deliver safe, fair and consistent services.You will:lead a skilled team and support high-quality service delivery across redress schemesgive clear advice on policy, service delivery and ways to improve operationsmanage budgets, staff processes, reporting, complaints and privacy mattersprepare clear briefs on redress schemes, including plans to close schemeslead practical improvements and support other priorities across victims, redress and system reform.About youYou need at least three years' experience managing multi-disciplinary teams in regulated service settings.A tertiary qualification in social services, business or public administration is highly desirable.You should also have:operational leadership experience in complex service systems, with a strong focus on outcomesproject management experience, including compliance and reporting in service delivery settingssystems thinking skills and the ability to improve services and solve complex problemspeople leadership skills, with resilience, empathy and respect for diverse views and backgrounds.To learn even more about this role, please read the position description.
