The manager builds and leads a senior technical support team, owns incident-management process improvement, strategic workload monitoring and 24x7 coverage, drives AI-first support automation, collaborates with Engineering/Product/GTM, and contributes to global support strategy.
Requirements & qualifications
Requires 10+ years in technical support engineering, software engineering, SRE or a related discipline with production systems at scale, plus 5+ years managing engineers or leading complex multi-person technical projects. Deep application/infrastructure, automation and cross-functional leadership experience are required.
