Full job description
The role leads engineers building feature stores, distributed model training, model versioning/evaluation, monitoring and drift detection, automated retraining, and responsible-AI/explainability/fairness frameworks. The manager works closely with architects, data scientists, product managers, MLOps and DevOps teams to shape technical strategy and production delivery.
Requirements & qualifications
The posting asks for 8+ years of software-engineering experience and at least 3 years managing teams, production AI/ML experience, strong understanding of both software and machine-learning lifecycles, and hands-on programming in Python (preferred) or Java/C#/Scala.
