Role Summary The Manager, Software Engineering leads a delivery pod with accountability for both technical excellence and team health. This role owns the architectural integrity of the pod's solutions, removes engineering blockers, and ensures delivery meets quality and timeline commitments — while holding the pod to AltaML's AI-first standard for how fast and how well work gets done. The Manager is equally responsible for growing a high-performing team and maintaining the trust of clients and internal stakeholders through transparent, reliable execution.
