About the Position:
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Manager - Table Games Projects to join the resort’s Gaming Operations & Administration team.
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of gaming projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (operations, compliance, IT, finance, HR) to align project objectives with organizational goals.
- Conduct feasibility studies, prepare business cases, and provide recommendations for new gaming initiatives.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and post-implementation reviews.
- Support the SVP of Gaming Operations & Administration in strategic planning, policy development, and operational enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, internal controls, and company policies across all project activities.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to operational teams during project rollouts and transitions.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, profitability, and guest experience within table games operations.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Hospitality, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in gaming operations & administration, with at least 3 years in a project management or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of gaming operations & administration, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP certification is an advantage).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
