Manager, Talent Knowledge Strategy & Governance

Our partner is looking for a Manager, Talent Knowledge Strategy & Governance based in the United States. As Manager, Talent Knowledge Strategy & Governance, you will establish and lead a new knowledge governance function across the Talent organization. This founding role will shape the standards, taxonomy, content lifecycle, and operating model that make critical employee knowledge structured, discoverable, and scalable. You will bridge content strategy, knowledge management, technology, and AI, ensuring information is optimized for modern search and retrieval tools. Working across autonomous business groups, you will drive adoption through influence, executive alignment, and clear governance standards. You will also use analytics and employee feedback to continuously improve the knowledge experience while identifying opportunities for automation. This is a highly strategic, greenfield opportunity for a systems-minded leader who enjoys building functions from the ground up in a fast-paced environment.
