We have an incredible opportunity for a transformational leader to join MongoDB’s Technical Services team and lead a regional team of MongoDB Support Engineers. This leader will build and develop an AI-native Technical Services team, enabling engineers to support MongoDB’s growing portfolio while embedding AI tools, workflows, and capabilities into daily operations.
