Advise Remote's EMEA sales teams on Terms of Service negotiations, enterprise SaaS and commercial agreements; support partnerships and reseller/channel arrangements; draft and negotiate contracts; partner with Sales, Finance and Product; improve templates and playbooks; and provide internal legal guidance. Remote states an annual salary range of USD 66,300–149,150.
Requirements & qualifications
Requires proven commercial-transaction expertise, particularly enterprise SaaS agreements and sales contract review; strong commercial drafting and negotiation skills; knowledge of data-protection law including GDPR; ability to work independently in a fast-paced cross-functional environment; and sound commercial judgment. Partnership/channel experience and HR-tech experience are advantageous.
