Full job description

Are you eager to shape the future of business strategy and digital transformation? Join our team as an intern in Controlling, where you will gain hands-on experience in global operations, collaborate with international stakeholders, and drive your own digital initiatives in a supportive environment.

  • During your assignment, you will assist our team in the short-, medium-, and long-term business planning process of a business unit, with a specific focus on cost evaluation and product portfolio profitability analysis.
  • You will develop your own digitalization project using tools such as Power Automate, IBM Planning Analytics, or advanced Excel capabilities.
  • Additionally, you will analyze cost structures and help draft measure recommendations for our management.
  • Finally, you will cooperate on an international restructuring project that spans several global plants and functions.

Qualifications and requirements

  • Education: studies in the field of Business Administration, Business Informatics or comparable
  • Experience and Knowledge: advanced use of Excel (and affinity to work with other software and databases)
  • Personality and Working Practice: you excel at working with numbers and data, executing tasks autonomously and reliably, and proactively mastering new skills
  • Work Routine: we offer you the opportunity to work in a hybrid setup (min. 2 days/week on-site)
  • Enthusiasm: for automation, digitalization and process improvement
  • Languages: very good in English or German

Start: according to prior agreement

Duration: 4 - 6 months (confirmation of mandatory internship required)
