Full job description
Become part of our international sales team and drive the development of innovative products, software, as well as service solutions together with one of the world's leading premium automotive manufacturers, Mercedes-Benz. During your internship, you will gain valuable hands-on experience of working in sales, innovation and project management in a dynamic, international environment.
- You will take ownership of selected project management topics, including the planning, tracking and execution of activities with international teams.
- Your role will involve contributing to the successful management of our series of businesses by monitoring milestones, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring that everything is carried out in a structured way.
- In addition, you will support our customer and acquisition activities by preparing materials for customer meetings, management presentations, as well as strategic decision-making.
- Share your ideas on how we can improve the way we work, particularly by leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digitalization to increase efficiency, as well as innovation.
Qualifications and requirements

Education: studies in the field of Industrial Engineering, Technical Business Administration or comparable

Experience and Knowledge:

proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

a very good technical interest and understanding

knowledge of Copilot, Gemini or other AI tools

ideally, first experience in the automotive sector or in the area of software and services

Personality and Working Practice: you are highly driven, responsible, effective communicator who thinks analytically and solution-oriented; you enjoy working in teams and are flexible

Work Routine: we offer you the opportunity to work in a hybrid setup

Languages: very good in German and English
Additional information
Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months (confirmation of mandatory internship required)
