  • Ensure production plans are delivered on time and meet our quality standards.
  • Monitor key performance metrics (productivity, defects, downtime) and take corrective actions when needed.
  • Plan team shifts, manage replacements, and balance resources based on workload and team strengths.
  • Maintain workplace safety and compliance with internal rules.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and aligned operations.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on leadership experience managing teams in a production setting.
  • Understanding of key production processes and workflows.
  • Familiarity with LEAN principles and quality standards.
  • Confident with data analysis and tools like Excel and internal dashboards.
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills - especially in fast-paced situations.
  • Clear communicator who knows how to motivate teams, provide feedback, and maintain a healthy work environment.
  • Proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership - you see a problem and solve it.
