Full job description
The manager owns production execution, capacity scaling, material and supplier coordination, quality and rework improvements, cross-functional dependencies, pilot builds, industrialization, standardized processes and operational team leadership.
Requirements & qualifications
Candidates need at least seven years in operations, production management or manufacturing leadership, a strong hardware or electronics-assembly background, experience with production planning and MRP, ERP systems and cross-functional work with quality, engineering, warehouse and purchasing. English and German are required.
