The role maintains hydrothermal and renewable dispatch models and datasets, develops power-market and system analyses, evaluates regulatory changes, improves forecasting/backtesting and advances data-management and automation tools for Chile Commercial Operations.
Requirements & qualifications
A bachelor's degree in electrical, industrial, mathematical/statistical engineering or a related field is requested, along with 3–5 years of relevant Chilean power-market analysis or optimization experience. Knowledge of SDDP/PLP/Plexos or similar models, Python/data analysis and advanced English are listed.
