This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Market Performance Manager based in Switzerland. As Market Performance Manager, you will play a central role in understanding and improving marketplace performance across a dynamic digital business. Working across Product, Marketing, Commercial, Pricing, and Analytics, you will turn data into insights that drive better customer outcomes and sustainable growth. You will monitor market health, identify emerging opportunities and risks, and challenge existing approaches with evidence-based recommendations. Your work will directly influence investment decisions, strategic priorities, and overall marketplace performance. You will also bring valuable market intelligence on competitors, customer behavior, and industry trends to senior stakeholders. This is an impactful, cross-functional role for an analytical and commercially minded professional who enjoys solving complex business challenges and influencing decisions.
