Location: Remote (Opportunity to relocate to Dubai after 6 months of exceptional performance) Industry: Financial Services / Proprietary Trading Reports To: Marketing Director Salary (tax-free): AED 6,000 per month
About the Role
Our client, a rapidly expanding proprietary trading firm disrupting global financial markets, is seeking a skilled Market Research and Data Analyst to turn complex data into actionable insights. This is a career-defining opportunity to work with a global team using cutting-edge tools to drive marketing and growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyse market, consumer, and competitor data.
- Evaluate and optimise marketing campaigns through analytics.
- Create dashboards and reports to present findings to leadership.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and forecasting.
- Provide insights on ROI, ROAS, CPL, and customer trends.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver data-driven recommendations.
Candidate Requirements
- 4 years of experience in market research, data analysis, or digital analytics.
- Expertise in Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and LinkedIn Analytics.
- Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, or Power BI for visualisation.
- Strong presentation skills and business acumen.
- Email marketing knowledge is an advantage.
