Job Overview

This is a full-time position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies, driving sales growth, and expanding our client base.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to achieve company objectives. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation. * Build, manage, and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients. * Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth. * Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients. * Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profitability. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality service delivery for clients. * Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. * Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and conferences to promote our products and services.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a marketing, sales, or business development role, preferably within the trading or distribution sector. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * A strong understanding of sales principles and marketing techniques. * Demonstrable ability to build rapport and foster strong client relationships. * Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is advantageous. * A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable. * Must have a strong command of English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
