This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Associate (Contract) based in the United States. This early-career opportunity is designed for an aspiring marketer looking to gain hands-on experience in a modern B2B SaaS environment. You will support campaigns across email, digital marketing, content, webinars, outbound programs, and other channels. The role offers exposure to the full marketing lifecycle, from campaign planning and setup through execution, testing, and performance measurement. You will work with marketing technologies and platforms while developing practical skills in automation, content, segmentation, and campaign operations. Your attention to detail and willingness to experiment will contribute to the successful delivery of campaigns across multiple audiences. The position provides close collaboration with experienced marketing professionals and opportunities to learn by doing. It is particularly well suited to a recent graduate or marketer with limited professional experience who is eager to grow and take ownership.
Build, test, and support marketing email campaigns using HubSpot. Help develop email nurture programs, workflows, forms, lists, and campaign automations. Build and maintain landing pages, blog content, and campaign pages using WordPress. Create and manage audience lists, segmentation, and campaign targeting. Support outbound marketing initiatives and email cadences through Apollo. Assist with campaign setup, testing, link validation, forms, tracking, and quality assurance. Write, edit, and format light marketing content for emails, landing pages, social media posts, and other campaigns. Create, resize, and adapt basic marketing graphics using Canva. Support webinars, digital campaigns, content launches, and other marketing initiatives. Track campaign performance and develop an understanding of key marketing metrics and measurement practices. Maintain organized campaign assets, calendars, audience lists, and supporting documentation. Conduct research into competitors, target audiences, industries, keywords, and potential campaign opportunities. Collaborate with marketing team members across different disciplines to understand how campaigns progress from initial concepts through execution and measurement. Take ownership of assigned projects while proactively asking questions, testing ideas, and identifying opportunities to improve campaign execution. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in marketing, communications, business, advertising, or a related field. 0–1 year of professional marketing experience ; internships, academic projects, freelance work, or relevant extracurricular activities are welcome. Strong written communication skills and the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging marketing copy. Interest in digital marketing, technology, B2B businesses, and the ways marketing contributes to company growth. Comfort learning new software, platforms, and marketing technologies. Strong attention to detail, organization, and quality assurance skills. Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize competing tasks, and meet deadlines. Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn through experimentation and hands-on experience. Ability to ask thoughtful questions, receive feedback, collaborate effectively, and take ownership of assigned work. Basic familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, WordPress, Canva, email marketing platforms, or Google Analytics is helpful but not required. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and communicate consistently with distributed team members.
