This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager based in United States. This remote Marketing Campaign Manager role will lead integrated, multi-channel campaigns across multiple business units within an education-focused B2B SaaS portfolio. You will translate business objectives, audience insights, and value propositions into campaigns designed to generate measurable pipeline and revenue growth. Working closely with business stakeholders, sales teams, and an external marketing agency, you will own campaigns from initial strategy through execution and optimization. The role combines strategic planning, project management, marketing analytics, experimentation, and creative oversight. You will use data and testing to improve conversion rates, campaign performance, and contribution to business outcomes. Success in this role requires strong organization, analytical thinking, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Develop and lead comprehensive, multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with business unit goals and growth objectives. Partner with business stakeholders to understand target audiences, value propositions, priorities, segmentation, and messaging requirements. Manage end-to-end campaign execution in collaboration with internal functional teams and an external marketing agency. Own campaign timelines, budgets, deliverables, dependencies, and quality standards to ensure timely and effective execution. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics platforms, dashboards, and relevant performance metrics. Test, optimize, and continuously iterate campaigns using data-driven insights to improve conversion rates and pipeline contribution. Partner with sales teams to align campaign activity with revenue opportunities, support sales enablement, and accelerate pipeline development. Communicate campaign plans, performance results, insights, and recommendations to marketing and business leadership. Maintain clear documentation and repeatable processes that improve operational efficiency and enable campaign scalability. Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure messaging and creative assets drive engagement while maintaining brand consistency. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, including at least 2 years of campaign management experience. Experience managing campaigns across multiple business units, products, or service lines. Proven success delivering integrated marketing campaigns with measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Proficiency with marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, and Google Analytics. Familiarity with project management tools, campaign automation, segmentation, and personalization best practices. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, develop insights, and recommend actions. Experience with experimentation frameworks such as A/B testing, multivariate testing, or incrementality analysis. Excellent communication, collaboration, vendor management, and stakeholder management skills. Exceptional organization and attention to detail, with an ability to anticipate dependencies and maintain scalable processes. Strong creative judgment and an understanding of brand consistency across marketing channels. Adaptability, curiosity, and a continuous learning mindset when working with new platforms, tools, and testing methods. Experience with vertical B2B SaaS in education or EdTech is preferred.
