We are now an international team of 100+ and have 40M+ monthly active users. Backed by Voodoo, our team is fully focused on scaling BeReal into an iconic social network used by hundreds of millions. Role BeReal is looking for someone who lives and breathes internet culture, understanding why a video gets 500 views and another gets 5 million. You will: Create mobile video ads for BeReal that engage audiences at scale, leveraging platform-native formats and performance creative best practices Become a creative expert: benchmark competitors, identifying opportunities from trends, user behaviors and cultural moments Adapt existing BeReal creative concepts and develop new ones to support growth objectives across different audiences and markets Be AI savvy, from creative production (GenAI) to productivity and operational workflows Understand how your creations perform and why: reading hook rate, CTR, CVR, IPM, and retention signals to iterate quickly and effectively Contribute to transversal creative initiatives (e.g., testing new tools, formats, and production workflows) Work within a small creative squad alongside amazing people from diverse backgrounds, collaborating closely with the global team when needed Profile Fully proficient with video editing and content creation Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (Scenario, Seedance, Kling, Veo, Runway, etc.) Creative and have a hacker mindset, turning "we should make something about this" into a finished video by the end of the day Strong instincts for content and understand what captures attention online Fluent in English, both oral and written Benefits Competitive salary Premium healthcare (SideCare) for you and your family 100% borne by Voodoo Swile Lunch voucher Gymlib (100% borne by Voodoo) Wellness activities in our Paris office Flexible vacation policy Remote days Child daycare facilities (Les Petits Chaperons rouges) Find more English Speaking Jobs in France on Arbeitnow
