Marketing Financial Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Financial Manager based in United States. This is a high-impact finance leadership role supporting a global Marketing organization and its multi-million-dollar operating budget. You will own end-to-end budget management, forecasting, financial modeling, and spend optimization across multiple Marketing functions. The role combines strategic financial partnership with hands-on operational ownership of headcount, program spend, purchase orders, and accruals. You will work closely with senior Marketing leaders to improve budget accountability, prioritize investments, and redirect resources toward high-value initiatives. You will also evaluate marketing performance and investment returns, translating business metrics into actionable financial insights. A key part of the role is modernizing FP&A processes through automation, analytics, and enterprise financial technology.
