ABOUT THE ROLE A seed-stage B2B AI software company is hiring across two complementary marketing tracks: a hands-on Marketing Lead and a Product Marketing Manager. You will translate a technical voice AI product into clear positioning and build launches and growth programs that support the company's expansion. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop positioning, messaging, and storytelling that make a technical product clear and memorable.
- Lead go-to-market launches for products, features, customer segments, and international markets.
- For the Marketing Lead track, own marketing strategy, budget, KPIs, and pipeline impact, and build growth programs across organic and paid channels.
- Use AI and automation tools to improve marketing execution and inbound growth.
- Build and lead a marketing team while staying hands-on, and test channels using data and experiments.
- For the Product Marketing track, create sales enablement materials, case studies, testimonials, website messaging, and competitive insights. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- For the Marketing Lead track, at least 4 years of growth or marketing experience, including end-to-end ownership and meaningful budget responsibility. Product Marketing candidates should have at least 3 years of B2B product marketing experience.
- Experience building marketing from an early stage and scaling repeatable growth programs, with startup experience and substantive scale-up or corporate experience.
- Experience with launches into new segments or international markets, and with measuring performance through experiments, KPIs, and pipeline impact.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical products, alongside practical experience with AI and marketing automation tools.
- Native or fluent German and professional fluency in English are required. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary range: €75,000 to €120,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION On-site, five days a week in Berlin, Germany.
