Full job description

Lovehoney Group is the world’s leading sexual wellbeing company, with the mission to elevate pleasure through innovative technologies, a data-driven approach, and foster creative and fresh perspectives on intimacy. We offer exciting brands with innovative, high-quality sex toys, lingerie, and accessories in a streamlined online shopping experience. At Lovehoney, we employ over 800 passionate and progressive individuals across 11 global offices, each person contributing a unique blend of talents to our diverse workforce. We are proud to be a company that thrives by doing things differently, challenging expectations and stereotypes while making a positive impact on our customers’ lives. Join us at Lovehoney, where pleasure combines with creativity, data, and innovation! Based in Ottawa, you will be the day-to-day owner of US and Canada marketing execution, with the US market as your core strategic focus. You’ll translate our strategy into live, highly integrated programs across channels, decide where to deploy resources for maximum impact, and build systems that make each campaign smarter than the last.

What you will do

  • Translate mainstream growth strategy into integrated marketing activity across web, retail, social, CRM and earned media, building brand equity and demand across North America.

  • Partner with Sales and key retail customers to develop shopper marketing, trade and co-marketing initiatives that drive sales velocity and support joint business planning.

  • Build and develop owned-audience digital initiatives, including retail landing pages, product selection tools and connected packaging pathways that capture first-party data and support email and SMS journeys.

  • Champion a test-and-learn approach across emerging and established channels, using performance data to optimise activity and scale the most effective opportunities.

  • Own marketing performance tracking and budget optimisation, working cross-functionally with E-Commerce, CRM, Social, Brand and Sales teams and external partners to ensure activity delivers measurable business outcomes.

What you should bring

  • 4–6+ years’ experience in integrated marketing, brand management or omnichannel shopper marketing, ideally within CPG, health & beauty or consumer wellness.

  • Strong understanding of the North American retail landscape, particularly US mass retail and Food/Drug/Mass channels; Canadian retail experience is a strong asset.

  • Experience partnering with Sales and retail customers, with knowledge of shopper marketing, retail media networks and promotional mechanics such as digital coupons or rebates.

  • Hands-on experience connecting digital channels such as paid social, email/SMS and DTC web experiences with retail and commercial outcomes.

  • Commercial, analytical and test-and-learn mindset, with a proven ability to manage budgets, analyse performance and optimise customer acquisition and conversion.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to bring E-Commerce, CRM, Social, Sales and other teams together to deliver integrated programmes.

  • Experience launching or scaling consumer brands in national retail, or familiarity with first-party data, connected commerce, creator/influencer marketing or PR/earned media, is desirable.

What we can offer you

  • Competitive salaries, ensuring that you are fairly compensated for your hard work.

  • Comprehensive company-paid health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance plans, keeping you and your loved ones healthy and protected.

  • Company matching contributions to your retirement savings plan, helping you plan for a secure financial future.

  • $150 per year towards fitness activities, ensuring that you can stay active and healthy.

  • Three weeks of vacation per year, giving you time to relax and recharge, plus great staff discounts and support for professional development to help you grow in your career.

  • Stay secure at work and at home with a complimentary 1Password Family account. All Lovehoney Group employees can invite up to five family members to join, offering your household a safe and simple way to manage passwords and sensitive information safely and easily.
