Marketing Operations Coordinator - Vietnam

The Position   OPSWAT is looking for a Marketing Operations Coordinator to assist with day-to-day functions. This role will support “Go-To-Market” efforts by using Marketing Technology (“MarTech”) and AI tooling to orchestrate actions and report on their results.   Responsibilities include collaborating with a global marketing team and deploying assets in HubSpot (emails, landing pages, meeting schedule tools, etc.). The candidate will be expected to be aware of connections with other tools in the OPSWAT MarTech stack (SugarCRM, SalesLoft, etc.) and should have an interest in learning new technology.   The ideal candidate is detail oriented, conscious about the impact of their motions in an automation tool, and passionate about using marketing technology and AI to scale. This position will work closely with the global marketing team and be based in our Ho Chi Minh City office. What You Will Be Doing   Working in HubSpot to build and orchestrate marketing materials.   Reviewing and verifying the accuracy of all deployed materials to ensure they perform as intended before finalizing each motion.   Informing stakeholders of the progress of their requests to the Marketing Operations team.   Providing stakeholders with reports and progress of their items in market or items that have gone to market.   Using AI tools to work more efficiently day to day.   What We Need From You   Interest in marketing operations orchestration for a high-growth B2B technology company.   Basic understanding of database capabilities such as data management, collection processes, and reporting outputs.   Strong team player with demonstrated ability to partner with design, marketing, and other cross-functional departments.   Well organized, self-driven person who is committed to detail and high-quality output.   Equivalent experience or bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related.   Experience with Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.   Nice to Have   Hands-on experience with HubSpot, SugarCRM, or a comparable marketing automation and CRM pairing.   Exposure to AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, or similar) in a day-to-day work setting.   Comfort with spreadsheets and basic data manipulation for list building and reporting.   OPSWAT is an equal opportunity employer.
