At Neighbor, we’re building the largest hyperlocal storage and parking marketplace in the world. We’ve raised over $75 million from top-tier investors including Andreessen Horowitz and the CEOs of DoorDash, StockX, and Uber. Our marketplace operates in all 50 states, and we’re just getting started! About the Role As our Marketing Operations Intern, you’ll help scale one of Neighbor’s most important growth channels: Google Maps. This role is highly execution-focused and will involve setting up, managing, and optimizing Google Maps pins at scale in partnership with Neighbor hosts. This is a part-time internship of approximately 20 hours per week.
Google Maps Pin Setup: Work directly with Neighbor hosts to create and maintain Google Maps pins for their listings
Pin Quality & Compliance: Ensure pins follow best practices and Google guidelines, including accurate categories, descriptions, photos, service areas, and business details
Pin Optimization: Improve pin quality and performance through ongoing optimizations (photos, descriptions, categories, attributes, etc.)
Operational Scaling: Help build repeatable processes to scale pin creation and optimization across thousands of listings
Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance metrics (rank, impressions, actions, calls, clicks) and report on learnings
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Must currently be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and December 2027
Must be available to work onsite at Neighbor HQ in Lehi, UT
Strong attention to detail
