We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to be responsible for coordinating the planning and delivery of ANZ marketing activity, ensuring the team is aligned on priorities, timelines, responsibilities and key deliverables. Working across marketing, retail, merchandise and global teams, the role turns agreed marketing priorities into clear, executable plans and manages the processes, tools and cadence required to deliver them effectively. The role is focused on coordination, workflow and delivery, rather than owning campaign or brand strategy.
What You’ll be doing:

Coordinate the ANZ GTM planning process across key marketing, merchandise and retail priorities.

Coordinate with merchandise and retail teams to ensure marketing activity reflects key commercial and product priorities.

Translate agreed priorities into clear plans, timelines, deliverables and owners and own and maintain the ANZ marketing calendar and planning process.

Coordinate planning meetings, WIPs and campaign reviews, ensuring actions and next steps are clear.

Manage workflow tools and project trackers, including Monday.com. and track progress across projects and proactively identify gaps, delays or conflicting priorities.

Coordinate campaign deliverables, asset requirements and production timelines across marketing channels.

Coordinate agency, supplier and production partner deliverables against agreed timelines and requirements.

Support ANZ marketing budget tracking, forecasting and reconciliation.
About You:
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong project management, planning and coordination skills.
- Demonstrated experience in aligning multiple teams and stakeholders around clear priorities and timelines.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive in identifying risks and dependencies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to create structure, improve ways of working and keep teams accountable to delivery.
- Commercial understanding and confidence working across marketing, retail and merchandise teams.
