Full Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing & Digital Communications Specialist to lead our email marketing initiatives while supporting our broader digital marketing and communications efforts.

The ideal candidate is an email marketing expert with hands-on experience in campaign creation, marketing automation, audience segmentation, lead nurturing, deliverability, and performance optimization. Experience with SEO, social media management, PR, and marketing communications is a strong advantage.

This is a primarily remote role with occasional onsite attendance for company meetings, events, and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Familiarize and work towards becoming the marketing “expert” for SuperStaff by understanding the brand’s voice, positioning, and evolving audience needs.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies that align with the company’s marketing goals. Conduct ongoing research on market trends, competitor positioning, and audience behavior to uncover content opportunities and inform data-driven strategies.
• Identify new trends in content, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments. Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels. Conduct comprehensive marketing research about competitors' performances, customer behavior, etc.;
• Outbound and Email Marketing: Develop and maintain accurate, segmented lead databases for targeted outbound campaigns. Use relevant data tools to extract verified contact information, maintain data integrity, and support campaign precision. Execute cold email initiatives using marketing automation platforms, and manage LinkedIn outreach sequences to drive top-of-funnel engagement. Monitor performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and responses, using insights to optimize campaign effectiveness. This function is expected to grow into more complex outbound funnels, nurturing flows, and scaled automation processes in alignment with sales objectives.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to support day-to-day operations related to outreach and engagement efforts. Maintain campaign records, contact lists, and documentation that enable smooth cross-department coordination. Contribute to the refinement of team workflows and the implementation of outreach-related tools or systems as needed.
• Website Content: Create content/copies to drive leads and subscribers. Use SEO best practices to generate traffic to the website.
• Constantly develop and manage the organization’s website and make sure it's at par with industry standards. Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports. Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate and fix any errors or bugs within the site;
• Support the execution of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives by assisting in the planning, coordination, and implementation of community engagement activities and campaigns. Work closely with internal teams, partner organizations, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and effective delivery of CSR programs. Assist in preparing campaign materials, coordinating logistics, and monitoring project outputs to help strengthen the company's social impact and community engagement efforts.
• May be assigned to handle new projects as needed. Other related marketing support, communication, and tasks may also be required periodically.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Email Marketing, Marketing Automation, CRM Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
• Demonstrated experience managing email campaigns, automations, audience segmentation, and lead nurturing programs.
• Strong knowledge of email marketing strategy, deliverability, A/B testing, campaign optimization, and analytics.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, EmailOctopus, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Brevo, or similar tools.
• Experience using email outreach and lead generation tools such as Snov.io, Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with WordPress for content publishing, landing page updates, and basic website content management.
• Experience using ClickUp or similar project management tools.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization.
• Experience managing social media platforms including Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, and TikTok.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience supporting PR campaigns, media outreach, events, or marketing communications is a plus.

Work Setup

• Hybrid work arrangement.
• Primarily remote work.
• Onsite attendance typically required only once per month and during company events or marketing activities.
