Team Our Growth team is a transversal entity aiming to maximize and deliver the potential of any mobile product. It combines user acquisition, creative content production, monetization, and the tech capabilities required to turn applications into global hits. With over 150 experts, we operate at the forefront of mobile marketing and ad tech across various types of games and apps. Role Create mobile video ads for BeReal that engage audiences at scale, leveraging platform-native formats and performance creative best practices Become a creative expert: benchmark competitors, identify what makes content perform, and continuously experiment with new creative concepts and approaches Adapt existing BeReal creative concepts and develop new ones to support growth objectives across different audiences and markets Be AI savvy, from creative production (GenAI) to productivity and operational workflows Understand how your creations perform and why: reading hook rate, CTR, CVR, IPM, and retention signals to iterate quickly and effectively Contribute to transversal creative initiatives (e.g., testing new tools, formats, and production workflows) Work within a small creative squad alongside amazing people from diverse backgrounds, collaborating closely with the global team when needed Profile Fully proficient with video editing and content creation Expert in After Effects - Nice to have: 3D softwares Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (Scenario, Seedance, Kling, Veo, Runway, etc.) Creative and have a hacker mindset Understand how your creations drive marketing performance Fluent in English, both oral and written At least 2+ year of experience in a similar role, but we're open to more senior profiles Deeply familiar with the mobile app market Benefits Competitive salary Premium healthcare (SideCare) for you and your family 100% borne by Voodoo Swile Lunch voucher Gymlib (100% borne by Voodoo) Wellness activities in our Paris office Flexible vacation policy Remote day Child daycare facilities (Les Petits Chaperons rouges) Find Jobs in France on Arbeitnow
