Team Our Growth team is a transversal entity aiming to maximize and deliver the potential of any mobile product. It combines user acquisition, creative content production, monetization, and the tech capabilities required to turn applications into global hits. With over 150 experts, we operate at the forefront of mobile marketing and ad tech across various types of games (hypercasual, hybrid, 100% IAP). Role Create mobile video ads that engage millions of people Become a creative expert in mobile gaming: benchmark what our competitors are doing, experiment with new ideas Develop a deep understanding of how your creations perform and why Work within a small creative squad with amazing people from diverse backgrounds and nationalities Have the opportunity to cover different product scopes (e.g., hyper casual, hybrid, casual) Contribute to transversal initiatives (e.g., testing new tools) Profile Fully proficient with video editing and content creation Expert in After Effects - Nice to have: 3D softwares and/or Unity Creative and have a hacker mindset Understand how your creations drive marketing performance Fluent in English, both oral and written At least 3+ year of experience in a similar role Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (Scenario, Seedance, Kling, Veo, Runway, etc.) Deeply familiar with the mobile gaming market, in particular, hyper casual and casual Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Swile Lunch voucher Gymlib (100% covered by Voodoo) Premium healthcare coverage with SideCare, 100% covered for you and your family Wellness activities in our Paris office Find Jobs in France on Arbeitnow
