This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a MAS Python Developer (VA ESOM) based in United States. This role offers the opportunity to build AI-driven solutions that enhance enterprise monitoring and event management operations. You will develop production-grade Python services and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations that connect Large Language Models (LLMs) with downstream monitoring platforms. Your work will automate event analysis, contextual enrichment, alert correlation, and intelligent incident insights. You will help operational teams reduce alert noise and improve Mean Time to Detect (MTTD) and Mean Time to Resolve (MTTR). The position combines advanced software engineering, AI workflow development, enterprise integration, and operational collaboration. You will work closely with Event Management and Major Incident teams to transform real-world operational challenges into scalable technical solutions. As a technical mentor, you will also contribute to engineering excellence, continuous improvement, and reliable 24/7 monitoring capabilities.
