Competitive pay: $38–$42/hour plus incentives Affordable, high-quality health, dental, and vision insurance Company vehicle and gas card Company cell phone and tablet Uniforms provided Paid Time Off Paid parental leave Annual performance reviews Employee referral program Ongoing on-site, off-site, and hands-on training What You'll Do Perform residential plumbing service, repair, and installation Install water heaters, plumbing fixtures, water treatment systems, and gas-fired appliances Diagnose plumbing issues and provide homeowners with the best solutions Build strong customer relationships through exceptional communication and service Educate customers on repair and replacement options to help them make informed decisions Complete work safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable plumbing and gas codes Accurately document work performed using ServiceTitan Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle Work collaboratively with your team while maintaining a safe job site Qualifications Required Maine Master Plumber License Valid Maine Gas License Extensive residential service plumbing experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Knowledge of state and local plumbing and gas codes Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Propane Appliance Connection License EPA 608 Certification ServiceTitan experience What Success Looks Like Our Master Service Plumbers consistently: Deliver a five-star customer experience Accurately diagnose and repair plumbing issues on the first visit whenever possible Provide honest recommendations that build customer trust Maintain high productivity while delivering quality workmanship Keep accurate documentation and work orders in ServiceTitan Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle Follow all company safety policies and procedures Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to deliver exceptional service Support teammates and contribute to a positive, winning culture Why Dave's World?
