Mauritius’ Dual Training Programme combines employer-based practical training with classroom study and provides participating trainees a monthly MUR 6,000 stipend from the HRDC.
Complete training program details
DTP courses are developed with industry associations, employers and training institutions to match employer needs and relevant accreditation standards. Both candidates and employers register through the official Mauritius Jobs portal.
Eligibility requirements
Trainees must register on Mauritius Jobs, satisfy the prerequisites of the specific course set by the employer or awarding body, avoid stated conflicts of interest, and should not have benefited from another placement or training scheme for more than six months.
