The Ministry administers the programme through the Employment Information Centre and Training Programme Unit. Candidates register at the nearest Employment Information Centre to obtain an Occupational Classification Number before placement processing.

Eligibility requirements

Mauritian youth aged 16–35 who have been unemployed for at least 30 days, hold at least HSC with two A-level passes and/or a diploma or degree, and are registered as unemployed with an Employment Information Centre.
