The program spans life sciences, natural sciences, and social and human sciences. The four years are normally split equally between MPG and WIS. German-side employment is stated at TVöD pay grade 13, with up to €3,000 per year for conferences, workshops and seminars, plus relocation, social-insurance benefits and a housing allowance during the WIS stay.
