What You’ll Do
- Design, prototype, and build robotic hardware systems optimized for performance and reliability
- Develop scalable data collection platforms with robotics engineers to accelerate model learning
- Improve simulation fidelity through system identification and close collaboration with the simulation team
- Maintain and evolve in-house hardware infrastructure for maximum uptime and throughput
- Collaborate with a team of driven individuals committed to building general-purpose Physical AI What You’ll Bring
- Strong engineering fundamentals and first-principles problem solving
- Exceptional ownership and initiative—finding and solving problems independently
- Broad experience across diverse hardware form factors and platforms
- Systems-level mindset with a focus on robustness, scalability, and seamless integration
- Track record of shipping fast without cutting corners on quality
- Bonus: hands-on experience with actuators, PCB design, embedded systems, or electromechanical integration
