The pathway provides 3.5 years of practical mechatronics training covering maintenance, electrical assemblies, machinery, fault diagnosis, pneumatics, hydraulics and IT, followed by a planned 1.5-year Kraftwerker qualification pathway for power-plant operations.
Eligibility requirements
Applicants need a good school-leaving qualification, good written and spoken German, practical aptitude, electronic and logical understanding, communication and teamwork skills, good colour perception and willingness to work shifts.
