Maintain a minimum 95% coding accuracy while meeting facility-specific turnaround requirements. Protect patient information and follow applicable confidentiality, ethical coding, and federal healthcare requirements. Requirements Hold an active CPC, CCS, CCS-P, RHIT, RHIA, or CPC-H credential. Have at least 2 years of recent outpatient coding experience , including E/M services, ancillary services, and outpatient procedures. Complete an accredited coding, Health Information Management, or Health Information Technician program.
