Conduct site inspections and collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to align event strategy, logistics, and execution plans. Maintain proactive and transparent communication with clients and internal partners, anticipating needs and addressing potential issues before they affect delivery. Oversee onsite event operations, troubleshoot challenges in real time, and ensure a polished, service-focused experience for clients and attendees. Coordinate VIP logistics and special projects when required, ensuring detailed planning and personalized execution. Contribute operational expertise to proposals, renewals, and ongoing account development while supporting strong long-term client relationships.
