What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

Required: Deep obsession with novel, overlooked, or technically unsolved problems.

Required: Demonstrated ability to build large, complex, and maintainable systems in roughly one-third the time most engineers consider possible.

Required: Proficiency in one or more of: TypeScript, Rust, Python.

Required: Experience with graph databases, flexible data pipelines, or ontological modelling.

Comfort applying psychology and organisational behaviour insights to product and UX decisions.

Signal of outlier intelligence — top academic background or standout real-world experience (non-traditional backgrounds welcome).
Compensation & Benefits

Cash compensation: $200,000 – $400,000 USD annually

Location
On-site in San Francisco, CA (South Park neighbourhood). This is a fully in-person role — remote work is not available.
