Full job description
Assess strategic fit and synergies, support transaction execution and negotiations, build financial models, prepare client documentation, manage timetables and risks, and collaborate with junior team members.
Requirements & qualifications
Bachelor's degree ideally in finance or a related specialization; at least 3–4 years in an M&A environment with transaction-execution experience; strong numerical, modeling, communication and presentation skills.
