With minimal guidance: develop, own and drive process improvement in the EHS framework within CO+I organizations to deliver key results that align with organizational goals Assess organizational capability and requirements, identifying tactics to improve performance, and developing strategic approaches to manage risk. Maintain EHS performance scorecard information, reporting dashboard and deliver summary overviews and related communications to stakeholders. Establishment of safety and health mitigation goals and developing metrics, dashboards and/or scorecards to track/communicate/drive progress across an organization. Ability to create clarity from ambiguous and complex situations. Ability to drive multiple high priority initiatives simultaneously. A University/Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Health and Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, a related science/engineering discipline, or other applicable fields of study. Experience and/or Certification can be substituted. 5+ years of progressive professional experience in Safety related positions is required, with demonstrated knowledge and experience controlling the broad spectrum of risks across multiple sites, particularly in Europe / Spain Must have current working knowledge of OSHA Regulations, and other Regulatory or non-Regulatory safety standards applicable to the location of Construction and Operations Certification as an EHS Professional Experience with developing and implementing organisational frameworks, standards, and processes. Experience designing and deploying global health and safety programs. Demonstrated experience and success with delivering cross functional programs, including ownership, and driving results.
