Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Five (5) years of experience administering SharePoint Online. Three (3) years of experience supporting Microsoft 365. Experience designing Information Architecture. Experience managing enterprise document management systems. Experience using Power Automate. Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 collaboration services. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
Microsoft 365 GCC / GCC High Power Apps and Power BI Microsoft Graph and PnP PowerShell Records Management and Information Governance Federal contracting environment, NIST 800-171, and CMMC Active Secret or Top Secret/SCI preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities SharePoint Online administration and Microsoft 365 collaboration services Information Architecture, taxonomy development, and metadata design Search optimization, Hub Site architecture, and navigation design Audience targeting, document management, and governance frameworks User experience design and business process improvement
