The role researches vulnerabilities, adversary activity, exploitation risks and threat-landscape data; supports security analysis and cross-functional solution design; leads architecture/security reviews and incident-response investigations; and develops scalable detection, response and attack-disruption practices. Microsoft lists the role as two days per week in-office in Dubai and says applications remain open on an ongoing basis until the role is filled.
Requirements & qualifications
Required pathways include a doctorate in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Security or a related field; or a master's degree plus at least three years of relevant experience; or a bachelor's degree plus at least four years of relevant experience; or equivalent experience. Relevant experience may include software development lifecycle, large-scale computing, threat analysis/modeling, cybersecurity, vulnerability research and anomaly detection.
