ABOUT THE ROLE This role sits at the intersection of engineering and revenue at an early-stage AI infrastructure company. You will build and improve the outbound systems and messaging needed to reach technical buyers, working closely with the founding team to shape the go-to-market approach. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the outbound pipeline from prospect targeting and enrichment through outreach, follow-up, and meeting booking.
- Build and maintain GTM workflows for email sequencing, CRM automation, lead scoring, and custom tooling.
- Use AI-assisted scrapers, workflow automation, and internal tools to increase pipeline-generation capacity.
- Develop and test messaging for ML engineers, AI researchers, and engineering leaders.
- Learn prospect workflows and business needs, then connect them to relevant solutions.
- Track pipeline metrics and improve conversion throughout the funnel.
- Collaborate with the founding team to refine the GTM playbook as the company grows. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 2 years of relevant GTM or commercial experience, with measurable results building a sales motion and closing deals.
- A computer science or engineering background, or substantial hands-on coding and technical project experience.
- Strong written communication and the ability to engage in technical conversations with ML and engineering audiences.
- Experience selling developer tools, infrastructure, or AI/ML products, ideally in an early-stage startup.
- Hands-on experience with GTM systems such as outbound sequencing, CRM automation, lead scoring, and tools like Clay or Apollo.
- Comfort using AI tools and custom automation to build high-leverage prospecting workflows.
- Familiarity with reinforcement learning concepts, including environments, evaluations, and benchmarks, and the AI data landscape. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary: USD 100,000 to USD 150,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available. LOCATION On-site in Singapore, Singapore.
