This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Mid-Level Java Developer – Copilot AI based in Brazil. Join an AI-first engineering environment focused on creating and evolving intelligent agents for business applications. You’ll combine your Java development expertise with Microsoft Copilot Studio to build practical, automated solutions. The role involves translating business needs into intelligent agents capable of supporting and executing complex operational workflows. You’ll integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, Azure services, and corporate data sources. A key focus will be enabling Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions that provide agents with relevant business knowledge and context. You’ll collaborate directly with client teams and technical stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable, and business-oriented solutions. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of software engineering, automation, enterprise technology, and generative AI.
