Full job description

About Us Think about your last hotel stay. Did you skip the front desk line with mobile check-in? Message the staff for extra pillows? Order a late-night snack with a tap on your phone? Then you’ve likely run into Canary in the wild. Canary Technologies is the leading agentic AI platform for hotel and guest management, powering the digital infrastructure for more than 20,000 hotels in 125+ countries. The world's most renowned hospitality brands, including Marriott International, Four Seasons and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, partner with us to increase revenue, improve operations and elevate the guest experience. We’ve executed the largest deployment of autonomous AI systems in hospitality, building technology that fundamentally redefines how guests and hotels interact. It’s made us one of the top-funded hotel technology companies in the world, with nearly $200M raised to date. Canary has been recognized as a 2024 and 2025 Deloitte Technology Fast 500™ company, Inc. 5000 fastest-growing company, and swept the 2026 HotelTechAwards, including Best Place to Work, #1 Guest Experience Platform, and the Hotelier’s Choice Award. We’re scaling our team to bring innovation to life faster than ever. We're growing quickly, and we're looking for people who are passionate about their work, want to grow with us and are ready to take on more responsibility along the way. We value rigor and velocity in equal measure: high standards, fast pace, real ownership. If that's the environment you're looking for, this is the place for you. Come join us! Let’s shape the future of hospitality together.

Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and close opportunities across new and existing mid-market hotel groups, expanding Canary's footprint across properties, products, and use cases. Lead Consultative Sales: Own opportunities from discovery through evaluation, negotiation, and close, building compelling business cases around Canary's impact on hotel operations, guest experience, and revenue. Navigate Group-Level Relationships: Build champions and relationships across operations, finance, IT, ownership, and executive leadership to drive alignment and expand Canary's presence across hotel portfolios. Develop Your Territory: Build a deep understanding of your target accounts and proactively create pipeline across new and expansion opportunities. Partner strategically with SDR teams to identify, prioritize, and penetrate high-value accounts, while maintaining personal accountability for pipeline generation beyond opportunities generated through Canary’s broader go-to-market channels. Manage Your Business: Maintain strong command of your pipeline and forecast, prioritize opportunities effectively, and consistently deliver against revenue targets. Become a Hospitality Technology Expert: Develop deep expertise in Canary's platform, our competitive landscape, and the evolving technology and business needs of hotel operators.

4+ years of successful B2B SaaS or technology sales experience, including experience in a closing role. A demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets. Experience navigating multi-stakeholder sales processes and building relationships with senior business decision-makers. Strong discovery and consultative selling skills, with the ability to understand a customer's business and translate their priorities into compelling value. Strong commercial instincts and deal management skills, with the ability to identify growth opportunities, build momentum, navigate objections, and drive deals toward close. Experience developing and expanding relationships across multi-location or multi-business-unit organizations is a plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a high degree of ownership and accountability. Experience in hospitality or hospitality technology is a plus.

Target cash compensation ranges from $180,000 - $210,000, including a fixed annual salary and uncapped commission paid monthly. This role also includes a stock option grant, subject to board approval. Actual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's skill level, experience, and specific work location.
