Our partner is looking for a MidLevel Developer Full Stack AEM [Adobe Experience Manager] based in Brazil. This role combines fullstack development with a strong front-end focus, building digital experiences on Adobe Experience Manager. You’ll create and evolve websites, campaign landing pages, content hubs, and product experiences for a major financial-services environment. The position offers end-to-end ownership, from translating Figma designs into accessible interfaces to developing AEM components and backend integrations. You’ll work extensively with AEM as a Cloud Service, modern frontend technologies, APIs, and Adobe’s broader marketing ecosystem. Performance, accessibility, responsive design, and Core Web Vitals are central to delivering high-quality digital experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with UX, product, marketing, and engineering teams within an agile delivery environment. The role is ideal for a developer who combines strong frontend craftsmanship with the autonomy to work across the AEM stack.

Develop and enhance AEM Sites components, templates, and Content Fragments , enabling marketing teams to manage content independently. Build responsive, accessible, and pixel-accurate interfaces from Figma designs, with strong attention to visual detail, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile-first principles. Optimise web performance and Core Web Vitals , including LCP, CLS, and INP, through techniques such as lazy loading, image optimisation, critical CSS, and JavaScript reduction. Maintain and expand the squad’s design system and component library, encouraging reuse and visual consistency. Develop backend integrations within AEM, including Servlets, Sling Models, workflows, schedulers, and REST API integrations . Implement and validate tracking and tagging through technologies such as Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and dataLayer , in collaboration with marketing and data teams. Support marketing campaigns and activations through rapid development of landing pages, A/B testing, and content personalisation. Participate in code reviews, Git-based version control, and CI/CD pipelines using Cloud Manager across development, staging, and production environments. Contribute to agile ceremonies including refinement, planning, and daily meetings. Work closely with product owners, UX/design, marketing, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions. Help maintain high standards for code quality, accessibility, performance, security, and production readiness. Take ownership of solutions from initial implementation through quality gates and production deployment. Requirements: Professional experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a Cloud Service and Cloud Manager. Strong experience developing AEM components using HTL/Sightly, Granite/Coral UI dialogs, and Sling Models . Solid understanding of the AEM Project Archetype and Maven-based project structure, including modules such as ui.config , core , and ui.frontend . Strong frontend development skills with semantic HTML5, CSS3, Flexbox, Grid, SASS/LESS, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript . Proven experience creating responsive, cross-browser interfaces with high visual fidelity to design specifications. Knowledge of web accessibility and WCAG principles, along with technical SEO best practices. Hands-on experience with web performance optimisation and Core Web Vitals . Familiarity with at least one modern frontend framework or library, such as React or Angular . Experience with Git, branching strategies, and code-review workflows. Practical knowledge of Java within AEM, including OSGi, Sling, and JCR . Understanding of AEM author/publish architecture, Dispatcher, and caching mechanisms. Experience consuming and creating REST/JSON APIs . Strong communication skills and the ability to translate marketing and business requirements into practical technical solutions. Autonomy, ownership, organisation, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns or priorities simultaneously. Collaborative approach when working with UX, design, marketing, product, and other business teams. Experience with the broader Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem, including Analytics, Target, Launch, Campaign, or Marketing Cloud , is an advantage. Experience with AEM Headless, SPA Editor, Web Components, Webpack, automated testing, A/B testing, CRO, or content personalisation is a plus. An Adobe Certified Expert — AEM Sites Developer certification is advantageous. Intermediate to advanced English for technical documentation and Adobe-related support is a plus. Familiarity with Docker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or observability tools is considered an advantage. Benefits: Health and dental insurance. Food and meal allowance. Childcare assistance.
